How to Enrol

Then look no further than Holy Spirit Primary, St Clair. Holy Spirit is now accepting enrolments for children eligible to commence Kindergarten next year. Enrolment enquiries are also welcome for primary school aged children seeking enrolment during the school year.

Step 1:

Choosing the right school for your child is an important decision. Our Open Day, held in March each year, provides a wonderful opportunity for prospective families to view our facilities and meet our staff.

Step 2:
Provide your expression of interest


 

Families seeking enrolment at Holy Spirit Catholic Primary are requested to submit an Enrolment Expression of Interest Form. An enrolment pack will then be mailed to you.

Alternatively, enrolment packages containing the enrolment instructions and application form are available from the school office. Just visit our school or call 8886 3200 weekdays between 8:30 am and 4:00 pm, to request a package today.

Step 3:
Enrolment Application




 

2017/2018 Enrolment Application Form (includes enrolment instructions and checklist).
Read the enrolment instructions and checklist for relevant supporting documents. Complete and submit an Enrolment Application Form.

The completed Enrolment Application Form, together with all requested supporting documentation, must be submitted in person to our school office. Please be aware that we are unable to accept or process incomplete applications, and applications for enrolment can only be processed with the sighting of an original copy of the applicant's Birth Certificate.

Please note that submitting an application does not guarantee automatic placement.

Step 4:
Enrolment Interview

 

All students seeking enrolment at Holy Spirit Catholic Primary are required to attend an interview. Once the Enrolment Application has been submitted, our Enrolment Officer will contact you to schedule an interview. The enrolling student and at least one parent/carer are required to attend the interview.

Step 5:
Enrolment Acceptance

 

We will advise the outcome of your application in writing, shortly after the interview.

If you receive a Letter of Offer, you are required to return the Enrolment Acceptance Form and pay the $100 non-refundable Enrolment Deposit by the requested date to secure your position. This deposit contributes towards your first term school-based fees.
